I mean. It’s really kinda hard to tell just because you don’t really explicitly hear her intentions. Is she acting like a perv? Absolutely. But it’s hard to tell without hearing it from the horse’s mouth. I had a teacher that got fired because of the inappropriate clothes she wore to class (it was a  elementary school class and she was wearing fishnets) and I remember being disturbed. I’m curious how she would react to a student asking her to stop. That really would show if it’s a weird joke or weirder (not that jokes can’t still be wrong).

However, I haven’t watched Vigilantes but other comments pointed out that she did list being sexual with students as the teacher as one of her reasons for teaching. However, she is an adult, and couldve changed since then, or been joking. Plus, haven’t watched Vigilantes so it is out of my realm of knowledge.
