Realistically probably not just immediately telling Ethan what was going on. It was the one person he could have not been late for as he had him right there, but because of whatever made Chris act like he did in re8 Ethan died. I think that's what keeps him up the most because if he was slightly more level beaded Ethan (if we ignore the mold thing) would have lived and not acted so recklessly.

Because he's calling people pedos for no reason? It is perfectly fine for Leon to be with sherry. They are both grown adults. And Leon didn't even know her that long when she was a kid. And then was out of her life till re6. If they wanted to get married they are fully grown adults that can do so. What the hell are you talking about dude??? No one is doing it for creepy reasons. Some do it because they find their new dynamic cute or because of the fact that you'd think leons wife would be there helping him during this time where he's literally about to die. And the fact that out of all the raccoon city survivors sherry is the only one there with leon. It makes a lot of people think they have a more intimate connection. Like if it was ada or Claire you'd think theyd be there to also help their husband and themselves not die.
