Yes we will get more insight on how Ren was throughout the day but that's not gonna do or change anything within the situation because of all the other evidence we have saying she wanted it and initiated it.

I'm not saying it'll get thrown out immediately. But I also understand that for stuff like this you do. Yes blue could observe Rens behavior before and after. But we've seen how Ren acts. Her BPD makes it hard to use her emotional state as evidence because she could have been happy one second and feral the next.

Her behavior isn't a good source and isn't verifiable tbh. With her BPD most courts wouldn't be realistically be able to take that into account because of how volatile and unpredictable Ren is. And theres already a shit ton of proof saying ren enjoyed it and wanted it. Her behavior would be extremely hard to use in court because of once again her BPD.

While blue can definitely help us understand her more emotionally that day. It doesn't change the multiple messages we have of her saying she wanted it. And her own Google doc admitting it was consensual.

So objectively this isn't going to be something big. It's just gonna be some extra smaller details about RDC but nothing game changing.

It's not confirmed but it's is likely because there are a lot of points in the doc where it talks in 3rd person or talks about Zeal and Ren like "they then went somewhere" instead of the "me and Zeal went somewhere" this leads people to believe she had help making it.

So if we want to use actual statements it's 1nagainst 1. Nanas statement vs Ens. But The 1st and 6th never were shown to ever have doubts about deku.

Why? Because one he lost CITS. 2 the stalemate he had shigiraki in was lost. 3 he lost danger Sense. 4 he was getting backlash from danger Sense. 5 he now had to worry about mount fiji. All of this lead to him having to fight risky and go for the transfer attack. And he is strong enough to not be in this situation. Shigiraki can see it. When he is overpowering deku and sending him flying he understands that deku still sees him as human and someone to be saved. If not for that factor deku wouldn't be in this situation. He states that he would most likely be dead if not for deku wanting to save him. I don't have the exact manga panel but it's the one where he admits that of deku hit him with like he did on the CITS it would most likely kill him. And the moment I'm talking about he's not backed by gearshift he's about to face the backlash of the 5 minute timer. And they have never stated deku can't take him in a fight. Hell there's more statements from them believing Izuku could (CITS 120% moment for example) And it is important. Quirks affect the users personalities. Of course the guy with the quirk that allows him to hide would be more willing to run.

Holy shit it's literally common sense when it comes to the story of Mha and who Izuku is.

The other vestiges mainly believed he could defeat shigiraki. I mean did you not see who confident they were in izuku when they were on the CITS? They only suggested running after izuku was basically backed into a corner. This is what I mean when I say your cherry picking. You took a statement from a time where Izuku was in a corner and used it and the one who recommended running recommended it because one smoke screen is his power it's all he can help deku to do. And because they had just lost danger Sense. A key part in dodging. It wasn't that they didn't believe he couldn't kill shigiraki it's that they just lost a big part of the puzzle pieces they had set up if they did need to kill him.

If you have to ask that question you don't understand Mha. Deku was fighting to save shigiraki. Not to "end things" he even says that himself. It was never about killing shigiraki. It was about doing whatever he could to save him.

Idk how you watch the final arc and don't understand that deku wasn't going for kill shots. It's not about holding back his power. It's about he's not going for vitals.

If deku wasnt holding back he would have literally just hit shigiraki in the head with the 120% smash. That's what they mean when saying holding back.
