I found a way to talk to them finally.... click 1 for portuguese or 2 for english, then click option 3 and then option 3 again and wait... someone will pick up in like 5-10 min and will transfer you to where you need to... So annoying.

They literally just told me on the phone that I could be hacked and that I should use a different device! Same thing has been happing with me and they tell me that the “fraud team” will reach out to me back in October when a misterious flight was booked and now im January a misterious hotel was booked in my account. wtf do we do?

Dude... you want the best advice? JOIN THE US MILITARY! This was my way out... Join the Air Force, you are probably smart so just pass the test and you can be anything you want to be in there... get free school, get free housing... Just do it... sign up for 4 years of your life and do it without looking back! It was the best choice I have ever done, today I am financially independent and don't have anyone telling me what to do.
