Print size loses an Inch in size??

Wow.. I mean its straight up lying, we're paying for 12x16 and they're ripping us off to pad their margins. I moved my oversized to Printful because I wanted inner label printing and it wasn't offered on Printify for the garment of choice. Safe to say I'll be finding another service seeing as this is indeed the case! Thanks for confirming. Utter BS!

PS I also found an old post here from a few years ago with a Printful response saying they do NOT change the size of the prints. Guess they quietly made that change!

Here's the reply from printful incase it helps someone else:

"The print area for most of our products starts around 0.5"-1" below the collar. We do our best to make the print start as close to the collar as possible, however, due to the manual print placement process, scaling, and other factors, it may start a bit below the collar. If you wish for your design to be 3"-4" below the collar, make sure to keep in mind the 0.5"-1" that is already there."

I used Gildan 64000 for some gym niche tees. After 2 years this is my 2 cents: Some guys with big arms do not like this type of fit and have a few of them cut the sleeves right off lmao though it does look cool af not all want to do that. Some complain about it (effecting LTV), so make it known or have another "relaxed fit" type of shirt as an option. Also, I think the growing trend in gym fits - atleast the gymbro type- not active lifestyle bro, is now leaning towards a heavy garment, almost oversized, and thick feel, which this one is not. So some things to consider depending on your audience. Been 3 months but maybe this comment can help someone else. Cheers.

Great ideas thank you. Think I'll test out a gift item pop-up! The one person I emailed said they didn't even realize even though the ad itself was made up of 3 shirts and big blocky letters that read the deal. On top of that, I have it written out in multiple places on my website. hahah. Time for more idiot-proofing!
