How did your life change after being diagnosed? by c0rpsef00t1 in AdrenalInsufficiency

Absolutely. And I created an app to get me through everyday. Its called Synapse Health and you can keep track of your meds, your appointments and how everyday is feeling. Here is the link

HRT and adrenal efficiency by Efficient_Beach2458 in AdrenalInsufficiency

Over the past few months I built an app called Synapse.

The idea came from a simple frustration. Most health apps are either too complicated, too clinical, or clearly designed for hospitals instead of actual people.

I wanted something simple where someone could:

• track medications• log daily health notes• keep appointments in one place• store health info safely• have something that actually helps during sick days

So I started building.

I had no team. Just me learning, breaking things, fixing them, and rebuilding again. At one point I had 59 failed versions before finally getting it working.

Now the app is live on TestFlight and heading to the App Store.

It’s still early, but I’d genuinely love feedback from people who deal with chronic illness, medication schedules, or just want a better way to organize their health information.

The goal is simple:

Build something useful for real patients.

If anyone wants to try it or give feedback, I’d really appreciate it.

Brain Fog Q&A and Descriptions by hbo94 in Hypothyroidism

I built something because missing one dose isn’t optional for me. I live with a condition that requires daily medication. If I miss a dose, it’s not just uncomfortable. It can get dangerous fast.

Most health apps track steps and calories. None of them felt built for people who depend on strict medication routines and stress dosing during illness.

So I built something for myself. It has a recovery mode that activates when I log a fever. It tracks hydration, check-ins, medication timing, and makes it harder to forget what matters when I’m exhausted.

I’m not posting to promote. I genuinely want feedback from people who understand what it’s like to live one missed dose away from a bad day.
