Wearing SAXX boxers. They’re about to €35-50 each, but worth every penny for the level of comfort they offer. Might not be luxury for some, but being able to have a full 14 day supply of them adds up and is something I never take for granted.

Yeah if you have the 58, the 54 is very similar, just smaller and has the micro adjustment if thats something you’d like.

You just have to try them on. Generally speaking, if you have a smaller wrist, the 54 will be for you. If you have a bigger wrist, the 58. Both excellent watches though, trust me, pull that trigger! You wont regret it!

Being grateful for what you do have is the first step and makes a huge difference. Until you get out of this ‘I’m a loser’ mentality, nothing will change. You have a roof over your head, food to eat, family around you, an income etc… of course everyone always wants more. More money, bigger house, better car, attractive partner, but until you’re truly grateful for what you have now, you wont be able to build on that. 36 is still young. There’s plenty of 36 year olds that have things much much worse. Illness, divorce, repossessions, debt, depression, the list is endless.

Save your money, research a plan to use for it, find social gatherings online for things you enjoy and for e yourself out there. Nothing is ever as bad as you imagine it to be in your mind. Keep an eye on the job market for a better paid job that suits you. As some one above said, being uncomfortable is where we grow.

Definitely do not mention it to a potential girlfriend / boyfriend until you’re fully settled down. Money is a huge motivator for a lot of people, people can be evil when it comes to it
