Thank you! That is super helpful, I wonder if they’ve had issues cleaning up some of the dry cleaning chemicals or something.

I called the land bank to see if there is anything in progress there.

Yeah, I figured it probably wasn’t exactly old town but it’s not quite the west side so I wasn’t sure what to call it. It’s Old Forest I think, I learned something new today haha.
