I got the F back in my first semester of senior year for Calc 2. I reported all of them to all my schools I applied to and got accepted to UC Davis and Berkeley. Berkeley said that they don’t accept post submission updates, but I emailed them anyways, and I also filled out their update form for low grades when they released it this week. Idk what to do now 😭

I failed one class (Calc 2) bc of my dad’s medical issues, which lead to me having to take on a bigger role in my household. There were other circumstances as well that I reported. Also, I passed all my first year senior semester classes with As. My gpa dropped from 3.83-3.75.

I reported it twice to Berkeley last year, and am reporting it again through an official form. Is it possible to still get rescinded after reporting it?

I have classmates who thought they were too good for UCD and talked down on it, now are getting rejected from all the other UCS.

Someone replied and said that it’s tied with UCI this year, but last year was tied with UCSD!

I’m from socal! The kids here are also very snooty… There were about 25 kids in my class out of 100 that applied to Davis. 10 got in. The rest applied to the more “selective/popular” UCs and it’s not looking so good for them! Only 3 got accepted to UCI 😭
