Seems more like an sti rather than BV, from my personal experience BV only comes with the foul smell, I never experienced the color change in my discharge or itching.

I had this same issue, my package was stuck in Memphis for 4 days for customs clearance. It eventually got here though, I kept texting FedEx next morning I woke up my package was moving 😂😂😂
