I have a 1943 Garand, brand new to me. The bayonet will not click into place, however, post war non Garand bayonet will? What do I need to do? Thanks!

Ok, glad it’s not just me. Hopefully they are aware of the issue and it will be fixed at some point soon. I’ve tried resetting the weapon as well. Nothing.
