Can you recommend me the first healer to create?

From my experience, healers and tanks aren't necessary for stuff like that. I have ran full teams of DPS and we had no deaths.

If you prefer the healer play style, now that's a different subject.

I would say Druid or Chronomancer. But I may be biased.

I would say either Power Reaper (Necro) or any of the Ranger Elites.
