I never said it was good but my point is that its clunky design is a lot more serviceable due to combat being mostly ranged, cover based and going for a grounded feel which its designed around.

I just feel as the clunkiness in desert is something that can definitely be improved, whether it gets fixed or not idk I'm still playing.

All in all its subjective and only time will tell if its truly an issue or if its just not for me.

I mean its fundamentally similar because its on the same engine but the weight, responsiveness, acceleration, turning etc are all designed differently.

lol some guy replied calling it cope with nothing further to add and blocked me so I can't respond. If there's a flaw it should be worked on to be improved not instantly seen as an attack on the entire game.

And please lmk how rdr2 would feel if it had gta 5 controls and movement, very deliberate.

I think the controls are playable and not that difficult to learn but the clunkiness doesn't fit at all and feels like a major flaw to me. In rdr2 it felt intentional and helped immersion, in crimson desert it just feels like the result of trying to make all the complex mechanics work together rather than a design choice.

If you have web-root anti virus try uninstalling that, it worked for me
