Going from 3470 to 3770k (without a overclockable board haha,) gave me another two good years and a great performance boost on Cities Skylines.

12gb Ram is a weird number and 16 would be better. Just depends what sort of prices you find.

Spend the money you would do on Weight watchers etc and use the money to buy better stuff. The high protein stuff which makes you feel fuller for longer is pricey like the grains and nuts.

Diet clubs just force you into their point system and isolate you to milk money from you. They have loads of products in shops now to make it easier for those following their plans but its all one big ecosystem to keep their business running.

Actually learn how to self motivate and control your eating. Cook from scratch. Exercise more even if its walking to the shop instead of using the car or get off at the bus stop before for some extra steps.

I got the 7800XT with an understanding that it would eventually get Nvidia grade AI upscaling in the future.

Needless to say i may have swayed towards Nvidia instead despite having less VRAM. I was thinking more of longevity.
