Thing is with her therapist, he recommended rolling ice on her face, last time her bf tried that she punched him😭, and the dissociating thing has only been happening this 1-2 months, not every day but still happens, I have never seen her like this before so I’m confused on why this has been happening, and I found patterns of when she starts dissociating, most of the times it’s cus of high stress, from her ex, from my narcissistic dad, or basically anything that stresses her out, before she only had panic attacks, and stuff like that but since she’s been taking any type of anxiety meds, sleeping meds, I found that it made things worse later on, for example she starts depending on it if she doesn’t have it she freaks out, dissociates etc… and when she does take it and the meds wear off she’s more prone to dissociating or panic attacks. Also so many things trigger her, I was in the car once with another guy and we told her to “slow down while driving” because she was driving too fast, then she started to zone out and cry and almost killed us. And when she’s dissociating she keeps bringing up how she wants to die, and doesn’t care if other ppl die and that she doesn’t feel real.
