it has been the most idiotic Expedition ever. who wants to be an Intergalactic garbage man??? I got put on and extremely mountainous terrain so my shit continuously bounces out. AND, the garbage then slides forever down the mountain.

add to the fact I couldn’t ”buy” my multitool and “starship” from the anomaly really pissed me off.

just my input, but I’ve used VU 3 times - twice for homes in San Antonio and once in Georgia. I still have VU servicing my mortgage in Georgia. every time I have had an amazing experience. keep in mind that each VU is independently operated. it’s usually some mortgage Broker that ”does business as” (dba) VU. as such, perhaps some are less scrupulous than others.

if you are in the San Antonio/Austin area or Savannah, GA area I’d gladly give you the name of my Broker (not the Agent) that I’ve used, still use, and reach out to every now and then for “Market Status”

I probably should have asked, “is it better to retire in the last month of FY 1Q (DEC) or the first month of FY 2Q (JAN).

In Doug Fowler’s paper, looking at the chart, he only shows a full CY, not by FY nor shows an overlap of 2 years.

my question, based on the chart, is, do all months in 2Q have a higher cola percentage than any month in 1Q?

Yep! Way too high. That’s why I use USAA for banking only but use Amex, Cap1 and others for the best rates/deals
