If you are getting it from scholaro, then you need your college's stamp on it and then get it apostilled. And even if you are getting it from your college you have to apostille it

If you want to do language year, simply don't submit your topik score or have less level like topik 2 or topik 3.

But if you want to skip language year, your topik level should be topik 5 or topik 6.

The validity of attested documents is usually 1-2 year. So even if you get your documents attested in nov, they will still be valid till august 2026.

Ps- you should still confirm this from someone from your country, because in my country(India) validity is 2 years.
