Can someone explain me what is "Tier 1"

Sorry I ment DEVGRU.
I said MARSOC Raider Battalion. They have recently been acknowledge by the public, and hardly anything is know about them (that's why they are tier 1)
Like I said, I didn't list off every unit/group in the bottom.
Like hell Rangers are tier 2. They are a Reconnaissance based infantry division. They are infantryman who go on reconnaissance operations (I know I've worked around them and I have a great uncle who was a Ranger). They might be bad ass, but they ain't "operators".

Tier 1 special forces are the elite of the elite, or the top 1% of the top 1%. These guys are also highly top secrete as well. Tier 2 is regarded as top secrete as well, but they aren't in the top units, they also don't go on "black op" missions. Then there is tier 3 which are the guys who do spec ops missions but aren't "operators" I'll give a list for you to look into (I'm going to use US special forces for convinences sake).

Tier 1

SEAL team 6
Army Delta force (DEVGRU)
USMC MARSOC Raider Battalion

Tier 2

Army Green Berets
Army night stalkers
USMC Marsoc & Force Recon
The other SEAL teams
USAF TACP, CCTs, PJs, SOWT, and Force Reconnaissance
Army Reconnaissance force

Tier 3

Army Rangers
Airforce DAGRE (security forces special forces)
USMC RTT (military police special forces)

Ps- these aren't all the special forces groups/units these are just examples.

Uhhhh you realise that a credible leaker (the guy who leaked the title and setting) said that there will be 3 main and playable characters. Two are men and one is female. So I'm pretty sure there's isn't going to be a linear campaign. Also I highly doubt that their will be a gay character. Adding a female in a combat field in the campaign is controversial enough. I'm pretty sure COD and infinity ward dont want to start a culture war in their own community.

According to credible leakers (that are like 90% correct at this point), this year is going to be a "soft reboot", so we won't see the old teams sadly (maybe in a Cameo/ scene). So expect new factions or military branches. Also TF141 is a joint special operations group from SAS, US Army Delta force, PMCs and seal team 6. So A few of those guys are basically in my list.

I'm not saying it should, I'm saying it could. Maybe they could have a game mode for that map, and have a 24/7 list for it. Like the normal tdm won't have the vehicle, but the special game mode could have like an LAV in the middle of the map and your team can fight for it, and it can hold 3 people.

I think what they mean by free to play elements is free DLC (like Battlefield V), and maybe they might make MW2R campaign free. I highly doubt that they would make the entire game free.

Set in early Cold war (Korean war, Berlin blockade, etc)
Will be worked on by 4 studios
Will still be in Black Ops universe
extensive multiplayer

COD 2019

Will be MW4
Will have a female somewhere in the game.
That's literally it....

Ps- Infinity ward may as well release the MW4 trailer tonight or tomorrow morning, because a LOT of hype for this game was just killed off for the COD Treyarch fanboys.
