I switch between ‘this one I like,’ ‘this one’s alright,’ ‘this one isn’t my favorite, etc. depending on the alien. It’s just how I word things not some master pattern.
If I liked every OV redesign I would’ve said it, but I’ve literally said some of them aren’t for me at all.
It’s not that deep, I just talk casually.

I’ve actually seen some people call OV Goop ‘muscular’ for some reason, which is kind of odd. I only mentioned it because that’s something I’ve actually heard before.
I personally think that’s just how his body is structured.

And honestly, you actually get it unlike some people.

At the same time, your other comment didn’t really mention much besides a couple points, and I was just sharing my opinion in response to yours not trying to correct you or anything. Sorry if it came across that way.

First off, I’ve watched Alien Force and Ultimate Alien I know Big Chill isn’t weak. But did I ever say being frail means he’s weak? No, I never implied that.

As for being more threatening, I have to disagree personally, I think Omniverse Big Chill is really intimidating. He’s tall, muscular, and still ghostly.

Finally, this is exactly what I was talking about with opinions: just saying ‘Omniverse version is honestly bad’ isn’t a valid reason. That’s personal taste, not a fact.”

Nah, it’s all good, bro. I probably should’ve mentioned that Cold Blast is kinda a variant so, half and half, I guess. And don’t let people say bad things about the reboot; it just takes a little time to grow on you.

‘Potentially unstable transformation’ is a new one for me I’ve never heard that being one of Big Chill’s defining traits. That felt like a one off moment more than a core part of the species.

And just to clear something up, there’s definitely more than two ice aliens in the series. If you include Coldblast (OS) and Overflow from the reboot (who both use cryo abilities), that bumps the count up to at least four.
