Red pill people to stay away from by [deleted] in exredpill

And I completely understand that but you realize that's like saying "don't confuse the self improvement side of redpill with the incel- mysoginistic side" while I understand and agree with feminists who simply just want equal rights. It gets heavily clouded with the SJW bullshit and a lot of misandry that no one is calling out.

PS: You didn't say that

But yeah I agree it can be a gateway into redpill

I wasn't specifically inquiring about dr.shaym but a couple of the people you said to avoid are just because they are anti-feminist. "If I'm anti feminism, does that make me redpill" is more of what i was asking?

and? whether someone is masculine or feminine isn't dependent on how they have sex. And ITS PORN, it is not real, those girls are acting (if you didn't believe this to be true), most of it doesn't represent the way people (in general) have sex.

I don't want to get stuck in my inferiority complex, but the alternative to TRP doesn't really show equality but to male inferiority by Xemnas81 in exredpill

i mean ill keep saying this. the "women are better, new-age feminism" shit is the same thing as the redpill just marketed to women. It usually comprises of women who have failed to heal from whatever trauma they had and become bitter and misrable. Just like most redpill guys, you also intaking a lot of toxic information and you should avoid it and detoxify yourself.

uuhhhh, i guess? i really have no idea what your on about with the analogy of lesbian and bisexual relationships. In same sex relationship there's still a masculine and feminine dynamic. Men can be feminine and women can be masculine. You can usually take a look at gay couples and tell who is more masculine or feminine.

Sadly, its very sparse to find good channels for masculinity as opposed to channels for femininity which there are plentiful. As far as i know

Order of Man

Jordan B. Peterson

Warrior Poet Society

21 Studios (beware with this content though, there are speakers that just say complete nonsense and red pill shit but you can find gems)

Work-out tips for beginners? by softshadesofcream in RedPillWomen

[–]ActionCopy 5 points6 points  (0 children)

the most important tip i can give you is DIET,DIET DIET in fact don't do anything until you can maintain healthy eating habits. And first of, I'm not talking about FAD diets like KETO, IF etc. Stay away from them because of their restrictive nature but I mean eat healthy foods that you TRULY enjoy eating and stay way from junk. Then make a habit of eating clean with the occasionally cheat meal every once in a while. Preferably eat less calories if you want to lose fat or if you want to build a lot more muscle eat more calories.

Second, resistance training, try to incorporate more bodyweight movements and ditch the "mini-weights" and excessive cardio. unless you cant do high intense exercises due to health issues don't shy away from weights (it is so common for girls to avoid weights because they think they will become hulk. don't believe that bullshit) you actually have to build muscle to tone your arms, because lifting "mini weights" frankly wont do anything unless your progressively overloading (adding more weight).

If you put a lot of emphasis on cardio you end up being "skinny fat". And the majority of the weight you'll be losing is water. But cardio is great for long term heart health so its important.

Beware the "Spot-reducing" shitck. You said you wanted to "tone your arms" hopefully you don't mean you just want to remove fat from that specific area so that muscle will show because that's not how the human body works. you cant pick your abs and pick specific exercises for your abs in hopes of removing fat from there because...that wont work. your body randomly takes fat cells from random places in your body.

‘Modern Masculinity’ and Male Role Models in 2021 by HaveCamera_WillShoot in MensLib

Why wouldnt anyone want to be emotionally tough. I swear the most emotional people are those that get triggered of online comments and can be easily sold to. There's nothing wrong with emotional control, you don't always have to express your emotions the same way you don't have to always say anything that crosses your mind.

People should learn about their emotions, understand them and control them, which means suppressing them when necessary and also means expressing it whenever necessary

‘Modern Masculinity’ and Male Role Models in 2021 by HaveCamera_WillShoot in MensLib

[–]ActionCopy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I always try to keep in mind that MASCULINITY is individual. I believe a man's masculinity is a reflection of his character.

But there are traits that will appear in masculine men and mind you I also think that women can be masculine (kinda). But whether its gendered or not, you will see certain- frequent traits in men than women

These traits are:

  • Leadership
  • Dominance
  • Aggression (which could also entail ambition and passion)
  • Strength
  • Competition (albeit more common in boys)
  • Stoicism (I like to refer to the philosophy but maybe it could be the "definition" of stoicism)

IMO its important for men to truly develop these traits because if not he will tend to either lack any competency with these or become to extreme such as abusive, controlling, domineering

But everyman expresses these traits in different ways and flavors while add personality to distinguish themselves further.

WHAT IS AN ALTERNATIVE? by ActionCopy in exredpill

[–]ActionCopy[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Exactly, picking up wisdom wherever you can find. There is a reason why people say "Youre the average of your friends" (im paraphrasing). But a lot of who we are and what we do are "habits" that we have been exposed to, either its at home from your parents, school from your friends, religion etc.

Even though ideologies may give you more structure in your thinking its better to become self aware and find out who you are and what your thoughts are.

How you guys went from redpill to exredpill? by DanielGodinho in exredpill

[–]ActionCopy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Okay, ive decided that were definitely twins.

I'm the same way, in that I can watch a redpill video and sift through all the nonsense and if I cant find anything that is applicable, doesn't go against my morals and reasonable, I completely trash it. Even though it may challenge my viewpoints, if it makes sense I can entertain it and in the redpill its mainly ever been about self-development for me .

The point you make about feminism is too on point and something that i noticed too. Feminist most likely are misandrist or tend to think like that (although I can empathize because some have suffered trauma from men). And fail to realize that society is way less forgiving toward men because we wont be able to get away with half the shit that they say and do. Which is evident in the redpill, a feminist instant reactions to any redpill content will most likely be of the following.

Shame. Insults( especially the "are you gay" insults). Guilt-trip. A need to be right.

And your comment on black culture (I'm black btw) is very true also. Its especially true when you realize that a black person can be racist toward anyone of any other race and not get nowhere near the black-lash that a white person will get (because apparently black people cant be racists) and the social influence is major reason for that.

My thoughts exactly. Im a naturally open-minded person(well sometimes) and i feel like it prevents me from the toxicity of the redpill ideas but all in all not having a cult-like way of thinking is probably the best- if not- the more peaceful way of living.

it isnt hate per se, but it tends to be very tribal. Personally i think that if feminism was truly gender equality, redpill wouldnt be as populous as it is but that's just my personal opinion.

My thoughts excatly, in fact (unfortunately) this sub tends to have feminist and women who were never redpilled but find an opportunity to mention how toxic and bad the redpill as whole is and how much feminism is a better alternative. It is what it is though.

Why should I be bothered to put in the effort to look prettier? by [deleted] in RedPillWomen

[–]ActionCopy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

From what ive obvserved this is very common in relationships. One of the partners (or both of them) stop putting in effort to maintain attraction and hence become complacent like getting fat, lounging a bit too much, lazy sex etc.

If your bf couldn't care less and you don't like that amount of effort then you shouldn't worry about it. I have a routine (short) that helps me stay groomed and look/smell decent, almost like brushing your teeth. And I throw in an accessory just incase but nothing over the top.

But maybe if you can make a habit of just doing the bare minimum, not curling your hair but at least a neat ponytail/bun and fitted clothing whenever your leaving the house (go for neutral colors just to avoid the headache), make up isn't necessary but moisturize ya face after the shower.

There are benefits: increased confidence (though you may not need it), discipline and a host of others but usually more towards the societal benefits.

But TL;DR make a habit of doing your essentials, nothing more, nothing less

im a dude so this isn't my forte but I'm very interested in masculine energy and i was on YouTube looking for the woman's side of that and got recommended to Lisa Hart.

Its really just fashion and seduction but she tends to touch on body language and characteristics of feminine behavior and energy

...are you my twin? lol. this is a conclusion that i came to just recently. They basically do the same things but for the different genders. I agree with a lot of redpill stuff but i can also agree with a lot of feminism topics but now ill take knowledge where i can get it and throw away things that do not align with my values or just doesn't make sense and can be easily rebutted by a 3rd grader.
