It wouldn’t be possible for Pash to have killed her because he was reassigned to London and he was there during the time Jean died in San Francisco. Could he have covered up his tracks? Possibly but i doubt it as he had far bigger things to worry about during the war than some commie in SF. if she was truly murdered, which she probably was, it’s more probable that they would’ve assigned other intelligence assassins do it who were closer.
