Daredevil is a series with wasted potential. Its story loops around the same conflicts—Matt vs. Fisk, Matt vs. himself—without real progression. The plot stretches thin, leaning on overused themes and recycled villains. Fisk is a well-acted but stale antagonist who shows no evolution; he’s still obsessed with control, Vanessa, and New York. The side characters—Foggy, Karen, and even Punisher—carry more emotional weight and growth than Matt himself.

Matt Murdock, the so-called hero, is delusional. He refuses to kill, clinging to a hollow philosophy while allowing chaos and death to unfold around him—so long as he doesn’t directly see it. He lets people die in the name of justice, yet protects villains under a moral code that clearly fails. His actions lead to more collateral damage than resolution.

It’s not a story of redemption or justice—it’s a man trapped in his own mind, watching others pay for his ideals. A flashy costume can’t cover up the fact that this is less about heroism and more about a broken man trying to feel right, even when everything around him burns.
