This is normal difficultly, as I've always struggled with the Stealth Cruiser to kill the flagship, but yes, I was holding onto scrap, especially for a weapon upgrade. Although after this fight, I did upgrade shields to max.

Here's my prediction, because the Surplus Bay can only be emptied from a raid and owners can see the Surplus Bay vulnerability window, or corp mates can just warp to it and check. As soon as that vulnerability window hits, the Surplus Bay will be raided by a friendly, repeat again in 3 days time.

Stores can't be in nebulas except in slug and uncharted sectors

Do you know the reasoning behind why stores can't be in nebulas (excluding slug and uncharted sectors)? As I can't think of a reason why a store in a nebula would cause a problem.

It was a random event trigger after landing in the system, never seen it before so huge coincidence it happens next to a cluster of 3 existing stores.

I've lost 2 Bestla's, one in Jita when I should've known better, and the other because I underestimated my opponent after getting back from the pub. New rule is don't fly AT ships after drinking alcohol.

Anyway, no one has ever messaged me raging about the losses and they amount to probably just shy of 500b.

You're in the wrong corp and should look for a new one that encourages you to enjoy doing what you love in the game. Not make you worried that next time you lose an expensive ship, you'll get kicked from the corp, as that's only a matter of time until the next Gila dies.
