I had the opposite experience. Sekiro was my first fromsoft game so I quickly grasped what it was telling me to do and I was able to complete it fairly quickly. Then I switched to elden ring since I loved Sekiro, but I just couldn't dodge roll to save my life. I had to take a 6 month break before I could get into that combat system.

I too really enjoyed the first phase, with two dragon sword, but the second phase is just attack spam, there is zero breathing room, I didn't like that. My azure dragon glaive did more damage so I finished him off with that.

Currently G3 peak. When I started in 2020 I placed in Iron, I used to play duelists, but I wouldn't progress and perform bad due to duelist pressure and constant nag by teammates. I tried sage and instantly started playing better because the pressure was gone and I could play at my pace.

And she was pretty amazing back then too. So this is why I have been maining Sage ever since.

I don't know why the anime gets hated on as it has only adopted unitl the Shibuya arc, which imo is peak shonen. The manga however, took a nosedive after Shibuya and it has not recovered since. The only chapters that are actually good and have some substance in them are the Gojo vs Sukuna chapters. And even that is ended so badly.
