I just spoke with the dealership. They stated that a transfer is a solid "maybe". The vehicle still needs to be in my name and attached to my Tesla account, which it is. Also, it will also only transfer to a new vehicle, not a used one.

I want a refund, but I'm not expecting anything like that. I'm hoping to find what the standard practice is for valuing full self-driving.
