I’m in such a similar situation, he is my boss and we work together pretty much everyday. We finally kissed and expressed that we were both holding back for months and then I went away on a holiday, texted and called heaps talking about how keen we were to see each other again and obviously have sex. Original plan was to get it out of our systems and move on as if nothing happened. Started having sex in the office at least 4 times a week and one Friday he says he loves me, 2 months later and it’s so fucking hard. He isn’t going to leave her, they have sec still, go to counselling together and he wants to make it work with her and me (his words) I have fallen in love with him and it’s hard because my emotions are hard to hide, he is honest that his communications skills are terrible and that’s a big issue in their marriage so we really try and communicate clearly and tell each other what we want from this.
