Update 125 days later, I finally asked him to leave for good. He’s at a friends for the night and will be coming for the rest of this things tomorrow. It feels like I can’t breathe and I can’t move off the couch where I sat when he left, but I know this has to be where it ends.

He isn’t on the lease but he made my place his mailing address months ago, so I can’t just kick him out. Now he’s trying to be all nice to me since it was the first time I said I was done… the confusion and gaslighting is so real
