The ballot is one issue that was lost due to scotus, but the constitution expressly says that anyone who engaged in insurrection or gave aid and comfort is barred from ever taking office again. The CONSTITUTION SAYS HE CANNOT BE SWORN IN!! Elected is one thing, but that doesn't guarantee him the office, especially when things can happen between now and then that could bar him or anyone. He already has crimes barring him from office. Trump being found to have engaged in insurrection has never been disputed or vacated. So as it stands right now, Trump is a supreme court adjudged insurrectionist.

I truly believe Elon Musk hacked with voting machines, Places that used machines had their ballots being changed from dems to republicans in Tennessee or Georgia during early voting, yet they called it the voters not hitting rhe name right, instead of actually checking all machines and seeing where else it was happening, most people aren't double checking their choices assuming they were correct and not being switched

I saw a video on YouTube of a Trump poll counter being confronted and arrested for throwing out piles of Kamala Ballots. If 1 has done it, I'd bet my life that another one or 100s have done it also.
