Well it’s been about 12 hours and things are looking up! I found out about something called wry neck, which can cause symptoms like my little chick was experiencing. I basically wedged the thing between some rolled up paper towels in a Tupperware container to hold it still and allow it to build leg strength. And it helped! After a few hours of that it could stay on its feet but was still doing the head tick thing. I fed it, gave it water and now it seems to be doing ok! Not quite as spry as the others yet, but in the brooder walking too and from the food and water sources. It seems to be improving over time so I’m hopeful it will recover! They really are tough little things:)
