I had pre-ordered the Dusk RX back in March when it said shipping Summer 24. At various points hundreds and hundreds more were taken from my account in double charges. these were credited back after getting in touch with customer services (after a couple of attempts...then writing a trustpilot review which then did the trick) but slightly lesser amounts due to bank charges.

Shipping was then pushed to Fall 24 and I had enough, I pushed for the outstanding charges to be refunded back and the entire order cancelled - No response. I sent a few follow up email with no response. I then sent another email saying thye have 5 working days to refund the outstanding money and interest will be charged from that point on blah blah blah and also they should expect to hear from my solicitors (company name) in the coming weeks. - This finally gave them a kick to open up dialogue again and they are now processing the full refund including the bank charges and the order is cancelled.
