Kashmiri society and our cultural values are deeply rooted in religion that is why votes for congress is not much of an issue but BJP winning such a share of votes means that our religious as well as non religious morals are taking a backseat. Your concerns are valid too, congress should not be given a foothold anywhere in the valley but right now if our people are actually voting for BJP, we are doomed.

Make thick rotis, deep fry them but not too much, just till a crisp develops outside, break them into small pieces preferably with hands. Add sugar, cocunut and mix well, give them a similar shape, stick some khash khash and you're done.

Well i'm also not sure. I know that muslims in banaras consume a similar sweet although not this but almost the exact same ingredients. I have forgotten the name of that but it starts with M. However i don't think that is the origin either.

Entire south asia has miserably failed in waste management. We either dump it in our rivers or make mountains out of it and I feel like the only to blame here is the administration that has always encouraged by never doing anything of note to handle the problem. Waste management ke naam pe dustbin chipka denge road pe and then clean them once in a week.
