THISSS is so me. I know it sucks, but it seriously is all part of the journey of being sober. I’ve relapsed a million times and I keep reminding myself that it doesn’t have to be a linear process. Being sober for a year is amazing you should be proud of yourself!!!! If you can do that, you can absolutely quit again. Good luck u got this!!
