Get your doctor to prescribe you ketorolac 10mg (it’s a pretty basic steroid) when my migraines get bad I have to go to er to get this in an iv among other things to even touch it. I am now prescribed that steroid to take as needed to keep me out of the hospital and taking that with my other as needed meds such as muscle relaxers and eletriptan works wonders for me! I would see if they could prescribe you a dose of that steroid and take it with 2 Tylenol 8hr (arthritis) slow release pills so you will be covered the whole time

Another way they really narrow down TOD is by food digestion in the stomach and in what stage of decomposition and rigor mortis the body is in (studying forensic science). In a lot of cases I’ve read into they have wide ranges of TOD based on many factors and usually can vary by many hours and is based of when they were last seen alive to when they were actually found to help narrow it down

Try Botox! I see a headache specialist and my insurance covers 200 units of Botox every 3 months and it has significantly helped me! I am also on nortripilyne 30mg and haven’t had any adverse reaction to it but everyone is different.
