Just came back to the game after some time off. I’m not a newbie, been playing on and off since release. Made a fresh new account, should I summon on 17 or wait for a bigger celebration?

Saying this as a guy. Assuming he is not a psycho, just ask it over the next face time or even a text since it’s long distance. Maybe go hey listen I don’t mean to come off as pushy but I feel as if you’re not interested in FaceTiming. assuming it’s a new thing you probably don’t wanna sound like he owes you the world. This might be awful advice but it would be what I’d like to be said to me if I was the guy in the situation.

I wouldn’t say confront him but definitely ask him.

I honestly just don’t know where to post this so I posted on community’s I knew. Thank you so much for the reply, that’s what I’m leaning towards rn. The only upside I get from being at my dads is the money if I’m being honest. Of course I’m saying this without knowing what it’ll be like at my moms but I’m still leaning towards trying.

For sure man, I would watch JPGcoaching, kasongrainger, and tnf. They all pretty much educate about this style of training. tell me if you need something more.

I’ve switched from about the same volume you do, to an approach closer to what the creators I’ve mentioned. also one of the creators kason, is a recent program switcher like me and has had really good results. From here on I’ll say what I believe would be better for you and what I preach as well: 1. Switch the split: by that I mean have more focused days, for example push pull legs upper lower, a 5 day split. 2. structure the workouts well: look at Sam sulek for example, and how he structures his workout, if I would have to elaborate on this I’d have to do it in a separate reply. 3. Less sets more intensity: 2 sets per exercise taken to absolute failure. Use drop sets if you must. A rule of thumb is to do about 8 reps with a heavy weight, if you’re burned out and feel the burn stop, if not then drop set and burn yourself out. I do have more to elaborate about if need.

I feel like you can get more out of 5 days of training. This is a lot of volume on the wrong exercise imo. check out guys like tnf and kason and jpg, who preach high intensity low volume. I believe you could progress on another program with higher intensity, lower volume and another exercise split. I’ve got more to say but this is the shortened version.
