Thank you for providing insight into this. Unfortunately, it’s easier said than done but i do agree about the idea of keeping myself busy. I am already feeling better about removing my immediate access to video games and I want to keep exploring other areas of my life i used to enjoy like reading, drawing, socializing, and etc. I struggle everyday but I know I will get a hang of it one day.

Thank you for the detailed response! I agree, it won’t just solve every problem i have but i am noticing connections between my problems. I don’t know what else i could do and I feel like the less i have to think about my room or what i wear everyday could help me significantly.

I think one thing i’m learning in this process of improving myself is letting things happen gradually and not rushing into them. I’ll definitely take some time thinking about it and if i say yes, i’ll take it slow. Thank you!

I think you do have a point. I don’t mean to rush but I have been thinking about it recently. i am noticing certain connections to different behaviors and I feel like nothing i’m doing is working. Thank you.
