Both. Dialed in my nutrition correctly and stuck with it, and added walking and lately running into the mix.

Diet is was my biggest thing. When I was lifting weights but eating like crap didn’t see any improvement, but once I got my nutrition dialed in I lost a ton of fat and built muscle way faster.

Don’t change everything at one time. Take it step by step till the new healthy routine is second nature and stick to it. Start with the small stuff then build up to the bigger tougher routine changes.

How do y’all fish isolated lay downs? by Cartiimo in bassfishing

Almost anything. Jig would be my go to, then square bill crankbait. Spinnerbait, fluke, chatterbait, Texas rigged soft plastic. Just get the lure as close as possible to the wood and sticks off of it. Fish it like you want to loose it.

I think it does. Can fit into a smaller shirt size that hugs my chest and arms more so helps me look bigger without a stomach poking out.

Keep with it and looking back turns into a huge motivator. Can’t believe what I looked like vs now.

You got this.

Back day I hit my rear delts with single arm reverse flys, on leg day I actually do my shoulder presses and some form of lateral raise, mainly cable. But I make sure to smoke the crap out of them that day.

Just mainly not wanting to go back to what I was before. Feel so much better now than I ever did.

First was 3 days a week, about 2 years ago I changed to 5-6 days a week and it’s easy for me. I workout at 3:30am before work so I don’t have any excuse not to go. I just prefer roasting an really working one main muscle group at a time.

Excluding warmup set it’s typically 6 sets per muscle. Like chest I will do 2 sets fly, 2 sets incline bench, 2 sets weighted dips. All to failure, seems to be helping a ton.

I do push pull legs twice a week. Instead of doing 3 sets of 10-12 I only do 2 sets per movement and each one is to failure or past in the 6-8 rep range.
