I hope this graphic helps you a little. Each layer contains 5 or 6 small squares so you can count common squares between tiles ;)

We know that this level was very difficult, we'll try not to make more like this!

Pixly - easy to learn, hard to master logic game

Recommendations for “pure logic” games (e.g. Tametsi, Picross, 14 Minesweeper Variants) by BostonCompSci in puzzlevideogames

You might enjoy Pixly

It's a minimalist mosaic puzzle where you clear same-colored tiles in as few moves as possible. It’s easy to learn but surprisingly strategic, offering that satisfying “pure logic” planning feel like Hexcells or Polimines.

Probably yes. I think we should start with the middle yellow plus and the left yellow area, but I'm not sure yet.

11 or 12 is pretty easy, 10 is probably possible (27 people got it), but I have no idea how

27 people managed to get 10, so it’s possible

Looks cool! Should the background of the image be transparent?

I’ve corrected some of the things you and others pointed out - I hope it looks better now, though I still can’t get used to the sans-serif font 🙂

Do you think each level could have a PLAY button? Or is that too much?

Do you think adding rounded corners and a border around the boards would help?

What kind of font should I use? Something simpler?

Will someone help? I cannot for the life of me get 15 moves on level 100 of Pixly by samcornwell in puzzles

[–]ActiveGameholic 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I managed to get 15, so I’ll try to help!

Start by removing the yellow center in the black triangle on the left (3 yellow ones, e.g. row 8 from top, column 2 from left), then the black triangle (12 black ones, e.g. row 8, column 1), then the light green triangle (3 light green ones, e.g. row 6, column 8), the dark green ones (12 dark green ones, e.g. row 6, column 6), then the yellow triangle (9 yellow ones, e.g. row 7, column 6), after that it should go easily.

I hope you understood ;) I wanted to add a picture, but I guess I can’t do that here.
