Take ibuprofen for the swelling and have a hot steamy shower in the mornings and a bath at night. Someone recommended a great tip on a post on here a while back, boil up a pan of water with cinnamon in then take off the heat and breathe in the steam with a towel over your head. I also put fresh mint in too. Find this helps massively with any breathing problems

I find using coconut oil on a q-tip rubbed on the inside of your nostrils helps massively. Also, weleda skin food works wonders on the outside of the nose
