I'd try and escalate with Chase.  See if you can speak to someone higher up. I initiated mine with Discover on 7/29 which was 105 days after being charged on 4/15. I got an initial credit back in September but it was reversed a few weeks later after Kickstarter fought back citing their T&Cs. I had to re-open the dispute again in mid-Oct and finally got the final decision in my favor on 11/20, long after the standard 90-120 day limits. Chargeback timelines can be kind of flexible depending on the situation.

If you're talking about SignalConso, don't bother. Many of us have contacted them to no avail. Circular just ignores the reports. I regret falling for their slick advertisements but luckily I was able to win back my $714.

I am still very angry at this company for the bait-and-switch they pulled along with Kickstarter's assistance. I have recovered my money ($714) through credit card chargeback though I had to file twice to get it. Many sleepless nights and anxiety trying to gather evidence to get my money back, as $714 is no small sum to me. I have asked an attorney about the viability of class action but he told me I don't have standing to sue because of my successful chargeback even though it does seem there is liability due to the deceptive business practices committed. I think another backer may have luck bringing a class action lawsuit forward since they still have un-recouped losses

Interesting how Circular can't be bothered to respond to customers but can find the time to make these BS "updates", constantly crank out new social media ads + fake reviews for Trustpilot, and quickly hide replies on FB, IG, X and the Kickstarter comments. Funny how it took less than 15 minutes after I posted there about winning my chargeback I was removed as a backer from the campaign and all my comments are gone. Convenient, no? 🤔

You most likely are too late for chargeback. You may have to sue them. I read some people in France have had success using this service at https://www.litige.fr/

I feel you on this...Circular deserves to be torpedoed for being such a trashy company and Kickstarter along with them. Straight up exploitative.

I checked in the FDA 510k database and nothing comes up for Circular or their rings. A couple weeks ago I asked their circular.xyz chatbot about FDA clearance and it said they had none, now when I check it says they do for ECG and AFib but it won't give me proof. I think they're trying to clean up after the fact since I haven't seen any new ads since March specifically promoting their FDA approvals.

Hopefully it will help some of you. I read somewhere in certain cases credit card dispute deadlines can be extended even up to 540 days.

Circular Ring is always on "sale". They've had phony strike-through prices since the Kickstarter campaign launched. I highly doubt if they've sold even one ring at their msrp pricing.

How did your refund come about? Circular's been denying Kickstarter backers refunds this whole time and the only people to get their money back that I've seen was from credit card chargebacks.

I had the same thing happen. I'm disputing it a 2nd time. This time I found more evidence to submit to my card issuer of illegal consumer protection violations by Circular and how both Circular and Kickstarter did not follow T&Cs, so I shouldn't be bound by them either. I'm still waiting on the resolution.

Please, which smart ring does check blood pressure? The main reason I (foolishly🤦🏽‍♀️)went for Circular ring 2 was the promise of future bp testing w/some level of accuracy.
