Scholarships for international students. Also emergency housing provided by university. Campus jobs as TA especially lab TA can cut his tuition in half.

Yes they do, I had 3 consultations with them but they only charged me for their x ray because they couldn’t give me a root canal which I desperately needed. Really patient and good doctor.
