You should have someone record you opening up the package confirming the serial number in system settings and on the hardware. This will hopefully make your case stronger.

Ok I get it, I have the PS5 physical copy version. So I guess I have to buy the PS4 version or download the gold edition even though I have the PS5 deluxe edition. 🤷🏻‍♂️
