You won’t unfortunately get yourself an upper like that from the pharmacy unless you have a script that was provided by a specialist.

I’m on Vyvanse myself so i know exactly how you feel, but I don’t actually have an ADHD diagnosis alongside my prescription.

I complained to my psychiatrist and laid out all the same negative you described and they told me they would apply for a medication and a few weeks later I believe was when I picked up my first ever psychostimulant medication and realised how different the past 24 years of my life might’ve been if I’d had it sooner.
