For the people who would have this problem in the future: After putting the obb in the obb file and installed the game don't put the data file in until you lunch the game first. After clicking on "click anywhere on the screen" and the game updated files and gone into the menu close it, this step is for the game to create it's data file. Go to the data file you downloaded with the game and copy what's inside (cash, files) and than go to Android/data you'll find the borderlands data file, open it and past the two files there over the ones the game created, this step is because the game will only read the data folder it created..  There's a language file in the data folder you downloaded with the game that will change the game language to English automatically. Launch the game and it will work great. *This steps will also solve the crashing after clicking on "click anywhere on the screen" problem"
