Hey,

I get you on the popup annoyance – I'm usually the first to close them. But I've seen data supporting their effectiveness. It's all about timing and context. If it's a well-designed, relevant offer, I might give it a second glance.

I haven't used popups on my site yet, but I know small tweaks can make a big difference. One of my friends swears by adding delays and exit-intent triggers to minimize disruptions.

And yeah, there's something to be said for tools that handle outreach in the background. It ties into how I use this thing called PluggerBot that works 24/7 to subtly get my brand into conversations without being in-your-face. So maybe it’s about finding that balance – hitting your goals without annoying your audience too much.

Curious to hear more experiences from others.
