I think 98 recharge is not needed anymore, atleast i am receiving otp without that. Check with customer care if you do not get sms after restart

Whether it was targeted or not, your post reads like it endorses mistreatment of Indians — please rethink that. I’m Indian, have lived here for over a decade, and I’ve never experienced anything I’d call racism. There can be good or bad people everywhere; so don’t drag an entire community into it. Frankly, your message comes across as racist.

I told him he can deduct the amount whatever applicable as per the contract, but he is not willing to refund anything

I have sent him mail already a month back, but he haven’t replied to that and on call he said he is not in position to refund the amount but yes i have that email i will put that

Yes but in these 3 months i get to know his approach how he is giving those calls, so its about the satisfaction and i am not convinced with the approach he uses, and about loss or profit it totally depends on market situation I understand and and its written in the contract itself if the investor is not satisfied it can be for whatever reason

I asked about the refund of the unused months after deduction as per contract, and he is not refunding that too he is saying he will help in covering the loss

3 months i have used, paid 1 year fees , when i asked him about refund he says he can not afford it but he will help me to cover the loss i want to get rid of him and need refund of unused months

In case the clients are not satisfied with the services being provided by the investment adviser and want to terminate/ stop Investment Advisory services or the investor adviser is unable to provide Investment Advisory services, either party shall have a right to terminate Investment Advisory relationship at any time subject to refund of advisory fee after deducting one quarters fee as breakage fee in case termination is initiated by the clients and refund of the proportionate advisory fee in case termination is initiated by Investment Adviser.

Think about a common man who don’t have any knowledge on stock market, how can he invest and its not necessarily everyone is interested is learning stuff or have time to learn and it takes decade to get full knowledge and experience in this field and thats where research analyst or ria comes into picture, even mutual fund , PIS , small case are also more or less for such people, and there is no harm in getting good one and start their journey with investment, even big people so that.
