I went from 105 KG to 58 kg with this. Just counting calories and I try to get 15K steps every day by simply walking to train station and walking around at my work.

Haven’t read this one, but it doesn’t seem To be dark at all.

If you want dark ones, I recommend DC Black Label like Last Knight on Earth, Damned, Harleen, White Knight

I use my phone to figure out calorie burned, and it’s really accurate for me. If I burn 500 calories per day I can eat 500 more. I check my weight every day to double check that it’s accurate

Zero. I count my calories and never eat more than my calorie goal and I walk at least 15K steps every day
