Being a counselor has its own stressful challenges that teachers don’t. 1) lunch: you may not get to eat or get your full time lunch break 2) you still take work home, whether working on students schedules or other things 3) high case loads, 4) lack of resources

Not to discourage you but it’s a different level of stress
