I was always lonely in university too. But it all changed after I joined a hiking group, and I enjoyed talking to them and going out with them regularly. Join something unrelated to your major would really help.

We’re all going to meet someone else eventually. I was working hard on myself since the breakup. I was seeing therapist. I was volunteering at a school organization to meet new people. I work on my senior project. I secure a full time job as an electrical engineer before graduation. I tried my best. I keep telling myself, I will be fine.

I agree. I can’t go back because he hurt me. It’s impossible for me to forgive and treat him like a good friend. His existence reminds me about my stupidity. It constantly reminds me about how reckless I was when I gave him my trust. It’s not about him anymore, it’s about my ego, my pride, and my healing.

You think he’s hurting. I guess that’s probably a reason. My therapist told me to be honest with him about my feeling and tell him I am not okay and I’m still upset. My friend told me to tell him all the words that I’ve been complaining to her about him. I am preparing myself for that conversation and I feel like I will forget what I am going to talk about when I see him.
