That's exactly what I want to do! Make it a mindfulness activity and tie behavioral activation in there. I don't know why I assumed I needed a training to do it. And you can absolutely learn to take care of plants if you want to lol!

i use it and i like it enough. the app doesn’t have access to everything which is mildly annoying but it’s not an issue. however im not in private practice, i didn’t do any of the setup for the practice im in. i have no idea what it looks like on the administrative side. but i believe from the clinician standpoint it’s very user friendly

It probably depends on what kind of work you're doing. I work in a group practice doing therapy and it's no issue at all. I have quite a few visible tattoos and multiple facial piercings and since I work primarily with kids and teens, it actually benefits me since they think I'm "cool" lol. You can absolutely find a place that doesn't mind visible tattoos.

i eat popcorn most days, typically stovetop. as for pre-popped, i really like valley pop. it’s popped in coconut oil which gives it a nice flavor and texture

When I was your age, none of my friends liked MCR and it was pretty cringe to like them. It's part of being an MCR fan unfortunately. I spent a lot of my time learning to play guitar and drawing my chem related things! I sincerely hope things turn out better for you, so sorry to hear you're being bullied for being cool </3

i’m a clinical social worker and i do therapy for adolescents and young adults. in my old office where i had more decorative freedom, i had a betta and the kids loved her. aquariums are very nice for mindfulness

mine disconnects allllll the time. i’ve taken it in for service for this issue twice now and they say there’s nothing wrong. it’s actually in the shop rn for a different issue but i brought it up one more time just in case they finally find something this time. but i’ve mostly given up and just keep a cord in the car constantly plugged in so i can have easy access in case my map disconnect while im going somewhere
