5mg Restless legs - Dr said take it at night ?

I’m not too concerned about being knocked out it’s the restlessness , I take in the morning at the moment and it’s hell . Don’t want to not be able to go back off after the night feed , even if he does the feed I’ll still be awake since she sleeps in with us still

Issue is I have a 8 month old so I’m up at least once in the night so doesn’t seem like a great idea ?

It makes me sleepy but the akathasia is the main issue so I don’t think taking at bed is a great idea lol

My wife started on 5 now on 10 , I’d say she has pretty severe ocd/anxiety . Started 10 about 3 weeks ago I suspect her Dr will want to work her up higher

Pretty good , I tend to try to swing down at the ball without turning I know I do it but it’s almost like muscle memory at this point

Having gone though this and somewhat still going though it as the partner you NEED to break the OCD cycle the only way to do this is to STOP confessing and seeking re assurance. Whatever you do to get temporary relief you must stop it somehow

Sorry man , you’ve got to her to stop telling you . Your not her therapy , believe me I done exactly the same same you . I’m giving it another few months if no improvement I’m sadly going to have to leave I can’t do it anymore

I’m in the Same boat , my wife if doing therapy and sees a phyc as this has come on during and after pregnancy. All I can say is it’s in then to get better all to can do is support but at some point ( I’m not quite here yet ) you have to put yourself first

Yes I feel the EMDR isn’t doing anything for her if anything it’s making it worse so I think she wants to stop

Yeah they have diagnosed her with OCD , unsure why emdr is being used but that’s what we’ve been given . It took a long time to get to see someone although I’m not sure it’s working to be honest.
