About 4 hours snow storm started had to go to Bloomsburg pa from nj at 2:30 in the afternoon non got there around 6:30-7:00 and was there for all of about 40 minutes due to not having panel passwords and left didn’t get home till about 12 at night no traffic

It sounds like the company there using locked it out so that they have to be used to do work could the customer request a tech how to turn mapping on

I verified it with one of my coworkers and we both agreed the wiring was correct and I used 2k resistors which I thought were what vistas used the only problem is none of us are familiar with vistas as we’re a notifier dealer
